Each candidate on the shortlist has been personally interviewed and fully briefed. We also take great care to manage candidates’ expectations at each stage of the recruitment and to keep you informed of their movements in relation to other interviews. Before the offer stage, we will inform you of the preferred candidate’s notice period and expected package. Upon making the offer we will inform you of their response and where necessary act as a third party negotiator. Once the offer has been verbally accepted we provide you with appropriate references.
