Temporary and Interim Assignments

CCR provides Temporary and Interim accountants that are experienced in working at different levels for a variety of industry sectors and company size. They range from Qualified by Experience to Qualified.

Contractors generally tend to be recruited for projects requiring a specialised skill set or for planned/unplanned absences.  We understand that using contractors at a critical time can be stressful. CCR aims to provide welcome help through individuals who “fit in” quickly and “hit the ground running” whatever the job. To achieve this we interview each accountant personally and give consideration to

We also give careful consideration to the commitment of a Contractor to the duration of an assignment. Contractors broadly fit into two categories. There are “professional” Contractors who enjoy the variety and flexibility of contracting and those who are between jobs. The” professional” Contractor will commit to the duration of an assignment. Those who are between jobs may be offered a permanent position by another company part way through an assignment. To minimise disruption in this event, we prearrange a mutually agreed notice period between contractor and client to enable a controlled handover to the replacement.
